Announcement imminent: Man United agree Whopping £100m deal to complete signing of New Sergio Aguero

January 12, 2019

Premier League giant Manchester United have received a massive transfer boost for South American forward Paulo Dybala boost as Real Madrid Chief Executive Florentino Perez no longer plans to sign the Serie A forward.

The 20-times English Champions have long been connected as fans of the Argentina international forward, who would make a great replacement for the struggling Chile international forward Alexis Sanchez up front.

With the former FC Barcelona and Arsenal forward Sanchez to Premier League giant Chelsea transfer speculations making the rounds, and French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain also connected with the South American ahead of the winter transfer window, it makes sense that the Red Devils could soon return for the Juventus star.

Despite looking one of the best-attacking players around the world for long, Paulo Dybala has not really been as much of a constant at the Serie A club this term.

Part of his limited playing time is down to the acquisition of 5-time Balon D’ Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid, and Don Balon suggest Spanish giant Real are now less interested in the forward as a result of the Argentine having lost his spot.

The 25-year-old forward will now be all-cleared for the Red Devils to make a swoop for the forward without stiff competition, with no other side presently being connected with the Argentine.

Should the Red Devils complete this move in the middle of the campaign it could make all the key difference to improving them further in the second stanza of the 2018/19 season.

Done! Club confirms striker will join Chelsea in days

January 12, 2019

The Chelsea fans are yet to see any incoming player despite the January window nearing its climax. One player expected to join the club is Belgium forward Michy Batshuayi whose loan stint at Valencia has been cut short.

Batshuayi has failed to impress at Valencia and has scored just twice in 23 matches for the Spanish outfit. The Spanish club has decided to cut his loan short after the club’s shock Copa del Rey defeat to Segunda outfit Sporting Gijon on Tuesday.

Nashua was replaced at halftime by coach Marcelino in what looks to be his last match for the Los Che. Valencia chief Mateu Alemany revealed this decision on Thursday in which he confirmed that the Belgium striker is expected to leave the club in a few hours.

“The player knows,” he said. “For the good of the player and the club, we are looking for a solution.

“We are expecting an exit in the few hours or days.”

Alemany comments have triggered different reports in England which claims that the player could be loaned to a Premier League club. West Ham and Crystal Palace are believed to be interested in signing the forward.

Chelsea has striking problems of their own but it is unlikely that Batshuayi would be given the opportunity to prove himself at the club. Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson and AC Milan ace Gonzalo Higuain have been linked to Stamford Bridge in the past few weeks.

Batshuayi proved last season at Borussia Dortmund that he is capable of performing on a consistent level. The former Marseille forward bagged 7 goals in 10 appearances for the German side. It would be interesting to see which club lands the struggling forward.

Double Deal: Two Arsenal January signings confirmed by Unai Emery

January 12, 2019

Unai Emery has given the strongest indication that Arsenal are trying to buy players in the January window to help them at centreback and on the wing and one of them could be Denis Suarez.

Arsenal was not expected to do anything during January but a host of defensive injuries, coupled with Danny Welbeck’s ankle break, means they’ve had to reassess the situation.

Denis Suarez seems to be closing in on a move to Arsenal with reports this week seem to confirm the deal.

Asked about it in his post-Blackpool press conference, Unai Emery did not dismiss it at all.

“I don’t know [whether Denis Suarez is close to joining Arsenal],” Emery said when asked. “He was playing as a left or right winger for Sevilla when he was with me.

“I think the club is working for the possibility to bring in some players who can help us during this next four months of competition. It’s a different situation. If the transfer market can help us find a center back, the possibility to bring them in is not easy because we also have Mavropanos coming back from injury.

“If we have the possibility to sign some important players, we can do it. At left or right wing, perhaps one player can help us in this position. We will only sign players who give us quality.”

Suarez seems set to leave Barcelona after struggling for game time and will ‘most likely’ move on in the current window according to Di Marzio.

AC Milan and AS Roma have also made inquiries, but Arsenal is now ‘in the lead’ for his signature.

Catalan radio outlet RAC1 claimed last week that Suarez was choosing between Arsenal, Chelsea, and staying with Barcelona until the summer. They reported that he’d make a final decision in this week.

However, it now seems Arsenal are the clear front-runners to complete a deal.

Suarez really hasn’t had much game time this season. By the beginning of December, he’d only made one start and one substitute appearance in all competitions.

Things got a bit better last month, as he scored two goals in a Copa Del Rey start, then made three further substitute appearances in La Liga and the Champions League.

Nonetheless, that still only adds up to 221 minutes of football across the entire campaign. The player responded to exit rumors by telling the Spanish media last month: “I work to play and I’m not having minutes. If I do not play … we’ll see.”

Spanish outlet AS reported in November that Suarez had realized how far he was from the Barcelona first-choice starting eleven, and wanted to secure a move away as a result. AS went on to claim that the Spaniard has made a Premier League move his priority, with Arsenal as a ‘favourite option’.

Suarez reportedly believes Unai Emery’s style of football would suit him perfectly. Emery already knows his strengths and weaknesses very well, having spent a year with the midfielder on loan at Sevilla when he was in charge there.

The pair won the Europa League together, but Suarez ended up completing a transfer to Villarreal at the end of the season.

After a year, Barcelona exercised their buy-back clause, but it’s not exactly clear why because they’ve never given him consistent starts.

Done Deal! Arsenal will announce first Winter signing on Friday, Medicals Ongoing

January 12, 2019

According to several reports going on the media, Arsenal are being reported to be on the edge of signing Denis Suarez from Barcelona and make him their first January winter signing and will be announced on Friday.

Moving down the pecking order at the Camp Nou, Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde has only been able play Suarez as a substitute twice so far this season failing to make the bench in some occasions.

The Spaniard now wants to force his way out of the club this winter. Should the move be finalized, Suarez will not be needing to adapt to Unai Emery’s tactics at Emirates, as the duo was formerly united in Sevilla.

And now reports suggests that the North London club, who have always been know to not have much cash to spend on a transfer deal, will be paying Barcelona £14million to secure the services of Suarez.

With the exit of Welshman Aaron Ramsey to Juventus now confirmed, Unai Emery will be doing all he can yo also secure the move for Suarez this winter.

In our last article, we all but confirmed that Aaron Ramsey has agreed personal terms to join Juventus in the summer, which will make him the second highest earning player with the Old Lady.

Denis Suarez has formerly had a little taste of Premier League football, Suarez for Manchester City academy before leaving to join Barcelona.

Aguero, Sterling & Sane To Start | 4-3-3 Manchester City Predicted Lineup Vs Wolves

Manchester City will take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Etihad Stadium looking to build on their 2-1 win over Liverpool in the Premier League earlier this month. The Citizens are currently trailing the Reds by 4 points in the title race so a win would ensure that the Mancunian giants don’t lose any ground in their relentless pursuit of Jurgen Klopp’s men.

However, Wolves will be far from pushovers, and it is expected that they would give Pep Guardiola’s side a really good game after their recent success against Liverpool in the FA Cup. The Citizens will line up in a 4-3-3 formation with Sergio Aguero returning to their starting XI as the centre-forward.

4-3-3 Manchester City Predicted Lineup To Face Wolves

Defence

Ederson is City’s undisputed number one keeper so he should start in goal against Wolves on Monday night while Arijanet Muric has to be content with a place on Guardiola’s bench. The Brazilian shot-stopper managed to keep a rare clean sheet against Rotherham in the FA Cup last week which would give him some confidence heading into this clash.

The dynamic defensive pair of Aymeric Laporte and John Stones would continue to feature in central defence as they look to play the ball out from the back. Fabian Delph is expected to feature at left-back while Kyle Walker aims to use his incredible pace to cause problems in the opposition half down the right flank.

Man City will have an excellent opportunity to close the gap to Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table, so they need to keep things stable defensively if they are to come away with maximum points from this contest.

Midfield

The trio of Fernandinho, Bernardo Silva and David Silva are expected to start at the centre of the park. All three of them have worked well together in recent weeks and seems to have earned Guardiola’s vote of confidence after putting in a string of impressive displays in their past few league starts.

Kevin De Bruyne is slowly but surely returning to his best and could feature in the second half from the bench if needed.

Attack

Man City’s front three would be comprised of Sergio Aguero leading the lines for the home team while Raheem Sterling looks to use his quickness and trickery down the right flank. Leroy Sane is arguably City’s most in-form player at this moment so he will undoubtedly start on the left side of the Citizens frontline as he looks to get to the by-line to cause a lot of headaches for the Wolves defenders.

Both Gabriel Jesus and Riyad Mahrez should be available on the bench and might come on during the latter stages of the encounter to make an impact.

Manchester City willing to pair Gabriel Jesus with €120M in transfer offer for world class attacker

January 12, 2019

Manchester City is seemingly ready to go all-out in their attempts to bring Brazil and PSG superstar Neymar to the Premier League.

According to Don Balon, Pep Guardiola has requested that Man City bring Neymar to the Etihad, with it also be noted that City’s proposal is one that is very tempting for Neymar.

The report also notes that City are would be willing to make Neymar the best-paid player at the club, with it also being stated that Guardiola’s side is willing to pair Gabriel Jesus with €120M in order to sign Neymar.

Gabriel Jesus has been impressive for Man City ever since he joined the club from Palmeiras back in January 2017, however, if the club has to use him in order to sign Neymar, they shouldn’t think twice about letting the player leave.

Neymar is one of the best footballers on the planet at the moment, and given stars like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are reaching the twilight years of their careers, it seems a given that the winger is going to win the Ballon d'Or one day.

City are willing to let Jesus go to PSG in order to snag a deal for superstar winger Neymar

The Brazilian star has been in blistering form for PSG since joining the club back in the summer of 2017, scoring 46 and assisting 25 in 51 games for the club in all competitions, a phenomenal record.

Man City’s squad is already one the best in the world, and adding Neymar to that squad would just be unfair on every other side on the planet.

It remains to be seen whether this deal will go through or not, however, we’re certain that Man City’s rivals will be hoping to see the Brazilian stay at PSG and not seal a transfer to the Etihad for their own sakes!
